The Goose’s Acre Running Club (GARC) is an affiliate of FFP Running Clubs – the largest organization of social running clubs in the world!

MISSION:

Goose’s Acre Running Club is dedicated to making The Woodlands a healthier and happier place to live by promoting a culture of fitness, fun, and philanthropy through our three tenets:

* Encouraging people of all fitness levels to make running a fun part of their daily lives

* Enabling people to meet new friends and socialize with other fitness-minded individuals

* Empowering people to advance the health and well-being of our community by giving back

CLUB OVERVIEW:

The Goose’s Acre Bistro & Irish Pub at The Woodlands, TX hosts a weekly run every Monday night (rain or shine). Running Club check-in and New Member Registration is open from 5:30pm to 7:30pm every Mon. night in front of the pub. Members can begin running the 5k loop around the waterway anytime after checking in, but small organized group runs typically start around 6:00pm. Runners then meet up afterwards back at the pub for free post-run snacks and drink specials all night! It’s a great way to make new friends!
